Purpose
To handle enquiries, quotation requests, technical communications, work coordination, commercial relationships and applications received through the Careers area.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the request made by the interested person, on the contractual or pre-contractual relationship where applicable, on pre-contractual measures for applications and on legitimate interest to respond to professional communications.
Retention
Data will be kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry or maintain the professional relationship, and afterwards for legally required periods. CVs and selection documents will be kept only for a reasonable time to assess the application, unless authorisation or a legal obligation justifies a longer period.
Recipients
No data transfers to third parties are expected except where legally required or when necessary to provide a requested service.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@esanor.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

When sending applications, please provide only necessary professional information: CV, training, experience, availability, certifications and contact details. Particularly sensitive information should not be included unless it is essential for the process.
